Every Indian is born a musician, what with the rich musical heritage than runs in our blood. Every Indian child grows up with the sounds of instruments playing everywhere - on the street, at home, everywhere. In India, even a shopkeeper can give you a cymbal lesson Music is a stimulating
force which can pump up anyone despite their profession or personality.
This was
proven at the Saavan's gig at the Apeejay Swarn International College, Greater
Noida Campus where students, usually considered book-worms, gave everything from
head-banging and singing to going wild their best.
At a time when life is
rendered stagnant owing to a troubled law and order situation and load shedding,
the entertainment initiative by DUHS was highly welcomed.
Things went crazy when
Saavans’ entry was announced. The band tested the crowd’s patience as they
randomly checked their instruments in the dark for almost two minutes.
The
moment Krrishn launched into DhadKay Jia with a delayed guitar intro, the
crowd went out of control! The live rendition of the track is mind-blowing.

There is no beginning, no end.. there never was
anymore INCEPTION or CULMINATION Than there is now, nor anymore YOUTH or AGE..
than there is now...
And never anymore perfection or fallocy than there is now.. Nor anymore HEAVEN
or HELL.. FRIENDS or ENEMIES DARKNESS or LIGHT than there is now..
This is the time as good as ever to continue our JOURNEY.. We witness and we
wait.. Curious what will become.. trying to learn to use WORDS.
Trying to conjure another melody. Every start is a SUCCESS and a FAILURE.. coz
each new day gets the better of us.. So here we are.. 11 months on the road, few
months gained and wasted..
Beginning of another raid on the inarticulate..
Guess we will, as we
lose ourselves in the "KALEIDOSCOPE OF SAAVAN'S CONVERSATIONS"!!!!!!!!
